Phoenix Co-op

Welcome to the webpage for the Phoenix Green Living Co-op!  We are excited about starting up a Green Living Co-op in the Phoenix area, and we will be building membership, developing workshop and educational opportunities, and training instructors. We hope to start offering workshops in early Fall 2011.

To Join: Membership in the WMG Phoenix Co-op and participation in workshops is free. Please fill out the online application to join. Once signed up, you will receive a weekly bulletin announcing upcoming Co-op volunteer opportunities to earn hours, special events, and other member benefits such as subsidies and discounts.

Financial incentives available for Arizona and Tucson residents

Thinking of New Year resolutions to conserve water? There are a number of financial incentives out there to help residents. 
  • AZ Income Tax Credit. The state of Arizona offers an income tax credit for 25% of the cost of any residential water conservation system up to $1,000. This tax credit is effective for taxable years from Dec 31, 2006 until January 1, 2012, and can be carried forward for up to five years. Click here for more information and the application

Phoenix Co-op seeking tool donations

The Phoenix Green Living Co-op is compiling toolkits to use during our workshops.  We are soliciting donations of tools or money to purchase tools to install earthworks, greywater and rainwater harvesting systems.  We are a 501(c)3 non profit and your donation is tax deductible.
